ARRIVAL
Your route to the hotel takes you along the Malta High Alpine Road, normally a toll road. For our hotel guests, access is free for the entire stay, as the fee is included in the room rate. Simply present your booking confirmation upon arrival and pass through effortlessly.
The road is open 24 hours a day. After 6:00 PM, the barrier will open automatically, allowing a smooth drive-through.
Public Transportation:
From July 8 to September 8, 2025, you can also reach us easily via the RUFBUS.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OPTIONS
No deposit is required for standard reservations. We kindly ask you to settle your hotel bill on the evening before or on the morning of your departure via our guest app, either by card or in cash. We accept EC cards, VISA, Mastercard, cash, or online payment through our guest app.
Please note: For group reservations of more than 5 rooms, a deposit of 30% of the total package price is required 21 days prior to arrival.

For group bookings, you can contact us via our contact form or reach us directly by phone. We will be happy to prepare a personalized offer for your requested dates.
WEATHERFORCAST:
PETS
are warmly welcome in selected rooms at the mountain hotel. Accommodation for one dog (or a maximum of two small dogs, up to 11 kg/40 cm) in selected rooms (excluding the SPA Suite) is gladly possible. Accommodation for more than two dogs in a room is not permitted. We also kindly ask you not to bring your dog into the breakfast room, as there is a buffet area. The cost per dog, per day, without food, is €22.00. Pets must be registered in advance, as not all rooms are suitable for pets, and these rooms cannot be occupied by guests with pets.
PARKING / ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION
At the accommodation, there are plenty of parking spaces available. Registration or parking reservation is not required. In the entrance area, there are 2 / 11 kW charging stations
A separate garage is available for motorbikes
RECEPTION
Our reception is open daily from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Your room will be held for you until 7:00 PM on the day of arrival).
Check-out: From 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
Early check-in / late check-out: Depending on availability, we will gladly try to accommodate you for an earlier check-in or later check-out. However, please understand that this may not always be possible
SAUNA & FITNESS
Our fitness & sauna area is freely accessible for our hotel guests.
Fitness room daily from 07:00h and 21:00h Admission for children under 16 years is only permitted when accompanied by an adult
Finnish sauna daily from 14:00h and 21:00h.
Please note: The use of the sauna is not permitted for children under the age of 16.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For individual bookings, cancellations and changes made up to 24 hours (i.e., by 6:00 PM on the day prior to arrival) before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations, changes, or no-shows made after this time will be charged 100% of the price of the first night's stay. Different cancellation policies apply to group bookings of five rooms or more. Please refer to our special group cancallation policy, terms and conditions (AGB)
W-LAN / Inernet
W-LAN is available free of charge throughout the hotel. There is also complimentary internet access available in the hotel lobby
